1. Information We Collect

• Client information. When you sign up for our service, we collect your business name, contact name, email address, phone number, business address, and the materials you submit through our onboarding form, such as photos, logos, and business details used to build your website.
• Lead information. When a visitor submits a contact or booking form on a website we host, we collect the information they enter, typically a name, email address, phone number, and message, and deliver it to the client that owns that website.
• Portal sign-in. When you sign in to the client portal with Google, we receive your Google account email address to verify your access.

2. How We Use Information

• To build, host, and maintain your website.
• To deliver lead submissions to you by email, text message, and your client portal.
• To communicate with you about your account and service.
• To bill for the service.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use lead information for our own marketing.

3. Text Messaging

Clients may opt in to receive text message notifications when a new lead is submitted on their website. Consent is collected during onboarding when the client provides the phone number where they want to receive lead alerts. Message frequency varies with lead volume. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us to turn off text notifications on your account. Reply HELP for help, or contact josie@beige-media.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the service, such as our hosting provider, email delivery provider, and text message delivery provider, and only to the extent required to deliver the service. Lead information is shared with the client whose website the lead was submitted on. We may also disclose information when required by law.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain client and lead information for as long as the account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for record keeping. Data is stored with reputable infrastructure providers and transmitted over encrypted connections (SSL). If you would like your information deleted after cancellation, contact us and we will remove it.

6. Cookies

The client portal uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. Our public pages do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Websites we build for clients may include analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which are disclosed by the analytics provider's own policies.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated policy on this page.
